Cancellation and Refund PolicyEffective Date: 31 July 2026This Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to all reservations made with Mahal Khas Palace through its website, enquiry forms or official booking channels.1. Non-Refundable BookingsAll bookings made with Mahal Khas Palace are non-refundable.Once a booking is confirmed and payment has been received, no refund will be provided if the guest cancels the booking for any reason.This condition applies regardless of:
  • The date of cancellation
  • The time remaining before check-in
  • Changes in travel plans
  • Personal or medical reasons
  • Transport delays or cancellations
  • Weather conditions
  • Any other reason not caused by Mahal Khas Palace
Guests are requested to verify their travel dates, number of guests, room details and other booking information carefully before making payment.2. Cancellation ChargesIf a booking is cancelled by the guest, the complete amount paid will be retained as cancellation charges.No part of the booking amount will be refunded, adjusted or transferred to another booking.3. No-ShowIf the guest does not arrive on the confirmed check-in date, the booking will be treated as a No-Show.No refund, credit or adjustment will be provided for a No-Show booking.4. Early DepartureNo refund or adjustment will be provided if the guest:
  • Checks out before the confirmed check-out date
  • Uses fewer rooms than booked
  • Reduces the number of guests
  • Does not use any service included in the confirmed booking
5. Change of Booking DateA request to change the booking date may be considered subject to:
  • Room availability
  • Availability on the requested new date
  • Applicable room rates
  • Seasonal price differences
  • Written confirmation from Mahal Khas Palace
A change of date is not guaranteed.If the rate for the new date is higher, the guest will be required to pay the difference.A request for a date change does not create any right to receive a refund.6. Cancellation by Mahal Khas PalaceIf Mahal Khas Palace is unable to provide a confirmed booking due to reasons under its control, the guest may be offered:
  • An alternative booking date, or
  • A refund of the amount received for the affected booking
The available option will be communicated to the guest.7. Force MajeureMahal Khas Palace will not be responsible for any cancellation, delay or interruption caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including:
  • Natural disasters
  • Floods, earthquakes or extreme weather conditions
  • Government restrictions or orders
  • Curfews or lockdowns
  • War, terrorism or civil disturbance
  • Fire or major technical failure
  • Any other unavoidable event beyond the control of Mahal Khas Palace
If Mahal Khas Palace is unable to provide the confirmed accommodation or service due to any such event, the guest may be offered an alternative booking date or a refund of the amount paid for the affected service.If Mahal Khas Palace remains open and the confirmed accommodation or service is available, but the guest is unable to travel or reach the property, the standard non-refundable cancellation policy will apply.8. Booking Through Other PlatformsBookings made through an online travel website, travel agent or another booking platform may also be subject to the cancellation terms mentioned on that platform.Guests should contact the respective booking platform directly for any cancellation request related to such bookings.9. Cancellation RequestAll cancellation or date-change requests must be submitted in writing through email.A request will be considered received only after confirmation from Mahal Khas Palace.10. Acceptance of PolicyBy confirming a booking or making any payment, the guest confirms that they have read, understood and accepted this Cancellation and Refund Policy.Guests are advised to review this policy carefully before completing their booking.11.
